Like when boy is horny their penis get hard, what about girl?? what happen?? can someone explain clearly please?? i really wanna know..
Answer:
Viagra is a vasodilator. This means it relaxes the blood vessels and allows blood to flow easier. This is why it works to help men attain (and keep) an erection.
The developer (and maker) of Viagra is Pfizer. They are a huge corporation that would almost double their market if the pill worked on women (which is a huge amount of money). They tested it on women and found no scientific proof that it enhanced sexual excitement in women.
Women get effects from the vasodialation, and some women even claim the effects to be sexual, but the claims are not proven scientifically.
Sorry to disappoint, but no proven sexual excitement enhancement, no proven help with wetness, etc.
good luck!

If so can they get someone pregnant?
Answer:
Probably not. Viagra does nothing more than constrict the blood vessels in the penis, which makes the blood drain out slower, thereby keeping an erection going for a longer time. However, if the muscles of the penis are paralyzed, then it’s highly unlikely that he’ll get an erection. But yes, he can get someone pregnant. Sperm production in the testicles shouldn’t be affected by paralysis. I guess you could somehow extract the sperm from the testicles if there’s no other way of getting them out.
It all depends on what nerves are afflicted by the paralysis and on what level of the spinal cord the damage is. Some people are still able to have an erection, while others don’t.

I am a 20 year old male.
Answer:
No it can’t.
Viagra (sildenafil) works only on blood vessels. Orgasms are governed by the nervous system.

I am a teenager and know it is psychological as oppose to a physical issue
Answer:
If your problem is psychological then Viagra will not help you. Viagra will only help you if your problem is physical. Viagra works by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis, this allows more blood to enter enabling you to achieve an erection. Have a chat with your GP.
Edit
I must apologise. My answer was incorrect, it doesn’t just help physical problems. Dr Frank corrected me. I thought the indications for Viagra were purely physical- as a result of CAD/Diabetes etc. It can help psychological problems and is often prescribed as a one off to encourage an erection in young men- often solving the problem. It was rather remiss of me not to have checked out my answer first.
It’s vital to first sort out the cause of your erectile dysfunction. This should be done before taking any ED drugs. If your problem is due to anxiety then ask your GP to refer you for therapy. I can’t imagine a Doctor will prescribe Viagra to a teenager.
Hope you get to read this edit, apologies again.

While researching watermelon’s usage as an aphrodisiac online, I found watermelon has a similar effect to viagra in that it relaxes the blood vessels to increase blood flow to the penis. I’m wondering how many watermelon I would have to eat to equal the effectiveness of one viagra pill.
Answer:
A whole orchard full is my guess. American drugs are super powerful. Fruit can’t fu*k wit it.

My grandpa moved to cali from tx for good, he left a bottle of Viagra in the cabinet. It’s been a while and he hasn’t asked for them. I have regular erections, would taking one throw everything off? Or can me and my gf have one crazy night?
Answer:
Viagra is a vaso-dilator. all it does is help to open up blood vessels all over your body, not just the ones that supply your penis. If you have no trouble maintaining a normal, functioning erection, then they will have no other effect. You will not be any harder, or last any longer. The effect that able men describe is simply psychosomatic (its all in the mind). If however you have undiagnosed problems relating to your heart or blood pressure, then unprescribed viagra can be dangerous.

I was wondering if after coming can the man carry on with sex or is it as normal?
Answer:
He will perform as normal, Viagra is just an aide. All it does is dialate the blood vessels helping blood flow easier. It will not give him a bigger erection or staying power.

and if you have to seek medical help, what can the doctor do to eliminate the erection?
Answer:
It’s called priapism, and it is a big deal. The excessive blood flow to that area could lead to permanent erectile dysfunction and damage the vessels in the penis.
In the ER, they have a few ways to help, either through medication, or, as bad as it sounds, drainage of the excess blood.
Although it sounds funny, it’s a horrific side effect of several prescription drugs out there, not all of which are for ED.

I heard you can purchase viagra on line with out a prescription if you answer some questions. If so where can you get it?
Answer:
Instead of looking for prescription drugs of Viagra, look in your health food store, or GNC. Purchase “L-arginine” L-arginine is used to make Nitric Oxide, which dilates your blood vessels, increase in blood flow to maintain erection. Viagra works by blocking enzymes from destroying NO. Check out the source.

Side effects of viagra and wat happens if one uses it continuously ?
Answer:
So viagra , known as sildenafil, isnt meant to be used continuously. It works by constricting the vessels that return blood to the venous system, thereby permitting the erection to last longer…
If u take it continuously then imagine what this will do to the vessels…..and vessels elsewhere in the body. If u have heart disease, u shudnt be taking it, for the above reason….
