I am currently a cialis (former viagra user) myself and really do not believe all this “herbal viagra” and other stuff. But with that I mean I do not believe all these “herbal viagra” internet ads. I have tried some of these pills (vigrx, zencore tabs, provigrax) and felt quite scammed, the effect was not close to what viagra or cialis have.
With that I do not say that there are no natural ways, I believe that there are wild plants that can be used with good results and have been used by different cultures for thousands of years.
Same as healthy lifestlyle, proper diet, regular sleep , quting smoking/drinking and other bad habits, working out regulary can improve erections and may be even help to overcome ed.

You are never too young if there is a problem. The blood pressure medicine is probably the culprit, and there are things that can help. Tell him not to feel bad, it isn’t his fault.
