The family doctor or an urologist?
Start with his GP. If he has been having regular physicals his doctor should be asking him about this anyways and should have a good idea of his medical history.

Sometimes your family doctor will give you something for him. Not necissarily viagra, but they can give YOU something to take home for him if he is too shy to go himself.

4 hours? – go to ER. This can seriously damage your family jewels.
They show all the time when viewing news programs on MSNBC. I really enjoy Olbermann and Maddow, but these erectile dysfunction commercials always appear while my family is viewing the shows. I’m a young adult now, but it’s still (and may ALWAYS be) awkward for a penile subject to enter the room with my whole family present.
There may be a later timeframe more appropriate for these sexually charged commercials to be broadcast, but at 5 and 6 pm? Really? Aren’t little children still up until at least 8?
Drug companies advertising their “perfect” product that they say you must have.

If you don’t, you could use a convenient care facility.
If you call and make an appointment, or walk into a convenient care facility, just be upfront: tell them you would like to talk to a doctor about using viagra.
I get occasional advertising e-mails from an acquaintance. Since she is from a middling-wealthy family I think of her as not needing to make money by broadcasting Viagra ads and such. So, I wonder if her computer has been hijacked, or if the prospect of making money this way is realistic to her.
If hers has indeed been hijacked, then I wonder if my own computer may be similarly infected from opening her e-mails.
