I am very curious how Viagra affects guys (say they are in their mid 20s) who do not need it to get hard. Also, I am curious what would be the dose for those who decide to take it even though they don’t need it, but just want to enhance/prolong/etc sex.

Viagra does not make your penis bigger and you do not last longer. It gives you an erection, but you could end up being one of those folks with an erection lasting more than four hours.
