What would happen?
Answer:
A similar effect that it has on guys actually. Since viagra just increases blood flow to certain areas, according to several articles I’ve read, it would do the same for a female. It would make her more aroused and some doctors I believe suggest women take it if they have trouble becoming stimulated.

I am a teenager and know it is psychological as oppose to a physical issue
Answer:
First of all, it’s up to your medical doctor if they decide to prescribe Viagra for you. I believe it is not marketed for anyone under 18, but some MD’s will still prescribe it for you. Maybe not if you’re 13, but you can always ask. That’s really a question of personal sexual morals, etc. But to answer your question, yes Viagra can help you. It will help you acheive an erection, despite your anxiety. In fact, if nothing else it could provide a powerful placebo effect. Essentially, what you need is an effective placebo – aka – confidence in yourself.
Despite what everyone on this site says, Viagra does more than simply re-direct blood flow. Specifically, it minimizes a specific enzyme that is responsible for preventing erections. Once that enzyme is inhibited, the normal process of achieving erection is allowed to occur. They are correct that it doesn’t effect your libido. But my guess is that you don’t have an issue with your libido, you have an axiety issue. Your anxiety is preventing you from getting an erection. Getting an erection requires a state of relation (parasympathetic nervous system). I don’t need to get into the physiology of what’s happening in your body, but basically being anxious will prevent your erection. If you stop worrying about your erection, it will just happen. The problem is that you have gotten yourself into a vicious cycle. Each time you don’t get an erection, you worry more. And the more you worry, the harder it is to get an erection. You tell yourself not to think about it, but the more you tell yourself that, the more you think about it. You need to break the cycle somehow. Once you have a successful sexual event, that will build your confidence and you’ll probably be fine from that point forward. Since you are a teenager, I’m not sure how I can help you. You might ask yourself what kind of partner you are choosing. Are you intimidated by her in some way? Do you fear that she won’t like it? You need to find a partner that is very understanding and non-intimidating to you. You need to feel like you are in the driver seat. Good luck!

I’ve been told by my doctor that it isn’t but for some reason i don’t
believe him cos ive never heard about it. I think he just doesn’t want to per scribe them to me. Does anyone really know the answer? Thanks
Answer:
My pharmacist hubby says Viagra has nothing to do with working on conception. However, if you’re needing Viagra due to age, concieving a child may not be in the best interest of the child, and that is why the doctor doesn’t want to give you Viagra.

For your main stream pharmacies, CVS, Walmart, Walgreens and suchis it the same price at all of them or cheaper at others. Is it or per pill?
Didn’t think insurance paid for it?
Answer:
Very few insurances cover it because it is a lifestyle drug. I believe the average price is in the neighborhood of per tablet.

Answer:
Like dougal said i dont think the doctor would lie to you there might be something in them that lowers the chances of conceiving or something. Try and research it on the internet and you may find your answer on there. To be honest i wouldnt think that it wasnt safe to take it but like i said it must be for your doctor to tell you this! Good luck TTC anyway without viagra LOL
