What can I do about my contacts receiving weird emails about viagra from my email address? Possible Virus?

Many of my contacts are calling and emailing me back that they are receiving emails from my email address that I am NOT sending about viagra and other medical websites. Advertisements and what not????

Your account got compromised. First change your password. Account help.http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/acct/in… for just about anything to do with your account. Then run anti Virus and Anti Spyware. Should be fine then.
